Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Management, or a related field.

Job Summary
Join a fast-growing and promising cryptocurrency mining and hosting project, where energy efficiency and continuous operation of energy infrastructure are the basis of profitability. As Power Generation Operations and Maintenance Specialist you will play A key role in ensuring the ongoing performance of our gas-fired power generation operations , ensuring that the gas-fired generators are well maintained and that they operate efficiently and without interruption continuously. This position provides a unique opportunity to join a dedicated team of professionals to be part of a project with huge expansion potential, underpinned by strategic energy advantages and growing global demand.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring and maintenance of the mechanical part of the gas-powered generator
engines. This would include regular oil, coolant and filter replacements, and less frequent
minor and major programmed maintenance tasks. - Diagnostics and troubleshooting of the generator engines when they either run sub-
optimally or malfunction in some way. This would include carrying out minor repairs and
troubleshooting, such as spark plug replacements, valve adjustments and leak repairs. - Participation in major repairs such as piston and sleeve replacements, fuel management
system overalls, under the supervision of the Chief Operating Officer and Chief
Technology Officer. - Comissioning of new or repaired engines, which would include such tasks as checking all
systems, checking all lubricant and fuel flows and verifying control systems operation .
This would also include the staring and warming up of such engines according to
manufacturer’s specifications - Monitoring of all operating parameters during operation, including such things as
temperatures, oil pressure, RPM and engine sound. - Compliance and documentation to ensure that all maintenance and repair logs are kept
up to date and that all spare parts are properly accounted for. - Preparation of requests for short and long term maintenance and servicing materials and
spares to ensure that the right items are always on hand when needed - Compliance with safety requirements, including always wearing the appropriate attire
and monitoring for gas leaks and taking care of fire safety measures.

- Technical qualifications: Certification of Rostekhnadzor – passing training and testing of
knowledge on safe methods of work when operating gas equipment - Skills and aptitude: Strong mechanical skills, ability to use measuring and diagnostic tools
and an ability to employ diagnostic thinking. - Equipment Knowledge: Understand the operation of 4-stroke gas engines, fuel injection,
cooling, and lubrication systems. - Practical skills: Experience in disassembly and assembly of engines, replacement of
components and assemblies, and making adjustments. - Electrical safety group: Electrical safety group II (up to 1000V) for working with power
tools. - Physical training: Readiness to work in conditions of increased noise, vibration, at various
temperature conditions. No medical contra-indications due to noise or vibration.
